A supply chain resistant AI agent.
MinGent works in your files, runs commands and uses its own browser, with models on your own PC. It has no dependency tree: you build it yourself, with the compiler already in Windows.

No dependency tree
Most AI tools pull in hundreds of packages from npm or PyPI and update themselves. Each one is a way in.
MinGent uses only what comes with Windows. The download is just source:
MinGent-1.0-beta.zip
| src | About 60,000 lines of C# |
| Build-MinGent.bat | Builds it with csc.exe from Windows |
| README.txt | How to use it |
| CHANGES.txt | What changed |
| AGENTS.md | Rules for anyone changing the code |
| LICENSE | MIT |
The llama.cpp engine it fetches later is pinned to one release and checked by SHA-256.
It asks first
Auto mode works on its own but still stops for these. Full auto asks nothing.
